You will be part of an EMEA-wide Labour Relations Consultant team, who provide directions on handling employee representative matters and offer input on policies and practices. You will partner with key collaborators throughout the business and interact with various levels of management, while being a close partner for the EMEA HR BPs, Employee Relations, Employment Legal team, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the Employee Resource Center (ERC). With these roles you are a critical part of the EX ecosystem in the country and in the region, helping us creating the future of EX.

    • Provide advice and guidance to local leadership and your stakeholders whilst navigating through a complex labour relations environment.
    • Collect feedback from the Works Council members, employee representatives to inform key stakeholders regarding activity & progress, queries along with any requirements
  • Develop and improve labour relations processes for EMEA, not just France and Spain (e.g. diagnose and solve barriers to execution in current work processes and work intake review technology solutions for labour relations and collaboration with our stakeholders)
  • Dealing with authorities such as Labour inspector, occupational doctors etc.
  • Collaborate closely with your Labour Relations colleagues across the regions, act as a team and support/substitute each other. Be a partner for EMEA Employee Experience functions and Employment Legal.
  • Participate in projects, regionally and internationally, as requested to scale as we grow and provide outstanding outcomes and experience for our internal customers.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of French employment law relating to labor relations. Knowledge of Spanish employment law would be beneficial.
  • A recognizable number of years of experience in managing relations with French Works Council and staff representatives are required.
  • Collaborative approach, partnering with our employee representative, based on trust and good solutions.
  • Experience in conflict management and dispute resolution. Strong negotiating and conflict management skills, outcome oriented.
