What You Can Expect

Perform analyses within a laboratory according to applicable regulations (standards, BPF, BPD, HSE, pharmacopoeias), respecting quality policies, instructions, and deadlines.

How You'll Create Impact

Ensure all laboratory activities comply with standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Zimmer Biomet directives/procedures, and current procedures.

Manage documentation and equipment responsibly.

Write sampling requests when outsourced to production.

Perform sampling in ZAC.

Conduct analyses prioritizing urgent cases based on OTIF and alert if deadlines are at risk.

Review analyses according to your authorization levels.

Send and track outsourced analysis results.

In case of OOS/OOT or non-conformities, initiate investigation forms and gather data for laboratory investigations.

Support closure of OOS/OOT and non-conformities, validating with your supervisor.

Identify error sources to determine causes of anomalies.

Conduct detailed investigations in laboratory and production.

Support closure of CAPAs.

Your Background

Technical skills in physico-chemistry, microbiology, materials, depending on the laboratory assignment.

Proficiency with ISO 13485, ISO 14644, ISO 5833, NF EN 17141 standards, and GMP.

Good knowledge of office tools.
