A leading company is seeking a QC Lab Technician for a remote opportunity focused on endotoxin testing and lab instrument software validation. The ideal candidate will coordinate software upgrades, develop validation plans, and conduct User Acceptance Testing. Fluent communication in English, and familiarity with GxP environments are essential for this role.

Remote Contract Opportunity – QC Lab Technician (Endotoxin Testing)

Are you an experienced QC systems consultant with a background in lab instrument validation and endotoxin testing? As a key part of the team, you’ll provide expert support on lab instrument software systems, focusing on SoftMax Pro and Endotoxin testing solutions (Biomerieux or Lonza).

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating major/minor software upgrades (SoftMax Pro & endotoxin testing platforms)
2. Drafting/updating User Requirements Specifications (URS) with a focus on data integrity
3. Developing validation plans, test strategies, risk assessments, and traceability matrices
4. Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT): design, scripting, execution, and reporting
5. Preparing training materials and ensuring SOPs/instructions are in place

Requirements:

• Strong experience in lab instrument software validation within GxP environments
• Familiarity with endotoxin testing systems and microplate reader tools
• Proven track record in documentation, UAT coordination, and user training
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a strong advantage)
