A leading maintenance company is seeking a Laboratory Maintenance Technician in Pau, France. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have skills in CMMS, preventive maintenance, and logistics. This contract is expected to last 6 months, starting from October 15, 2025.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for laboratory activities.

Position: Laboratory Maintenance Technician

Location: Pau, France

Responsibilities

• Technical support / assistance / advice for laboratory activities on request
• Maintenance: Installing, checking, diagnosing and repairing defective parts or devices, maintaining the various machines and installations under his / her responsibility
• Maintenance management: Follow-up of outsourced interventions, organization of preventive campaigns, publication of KPIs, request for quotes and orders
• Material management: reconditioning, dismantling, scrapping, moving, saving and updating the database
• Consumables management: registration of existing and new items via a dedicated tool, request for quotes and orders
• Participation in the evolution of the IT tool dedicated to the management of the equipment fleet
• To improve production equipment to guarantee the quantity and quality of products, but also the longevity of the machines
• Preparation of equipment subject to inspection, Monitoring and monitoring for the application of compliance standards as well as safety, quality and environmental rules
• Control of critical equipment in the regulatory or metrological sense
• Local and external logistics with tracking of shipments in France and abroad

Objectives and Deliverables

• Up-to-date and completed material database (BML) (registration and follow-up)
• Management and Records of Maintenance Requests in SharePoint Dedicated incl. Disposal
• Inventory Management of Equipment and Spare Consumables (BCL)
• Delivery note (BL) for refurbished equipment
• Technical assistance for purchases, quotes, pilots
• A tidy and operational maintenance workshop, with equipment available and in good condition to carry out equipment maintenance
• Regulatory Audit Assistance
