Main Duties

This position is available at Fromagerie Boursin's Croisy sur Eure site. It is part of a temporary activity increase planned for late 2025, on a 7-month fixed-term contract starting in May 2025.

The Physico or Microbiology Laboratory Technician will report to the CQTE assistant within the plant's Quality department. Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out analyses according to the control plan, in compliance with procedures and standards.
• Checking the conformity of products, the working environment, rinsing water, and distribution water to microbiological specifications.
• Releasing ingredients and finished products.
• Blocking non-conforming finished products or ingredients and reporting issues.
• Checking laboratory equipment operation, participating in circular analyses and performance tests.
• Recording results in SAP QM and maintaining bench sheets.
• Monitoring shelf-life and recording control results in SAP.
• Analyzing organoleptic qualities and overall compliance (packaging, marking, etc.).

Desired Profile

Candidate should have at least one year's experience in an analytical laboratory. A 2-month training period is planned for the position.

Skills required include rigor, independence, and adaptability to change.
