Mercor is seeking a precise Korean-language PDF annotation and transcription expert for a remote contract role. You will locate Korean PDFs with images, tables, or diagrams, annotate regions, translate relationships, and transcribe Hangul text exactly as it appears, including any handwritten content.

• Source documents by finding publicly accessible Korean PDFs with multimodal elements like images, tables, or diagrams. Record the source of each document.
• Annotate structure by identifying and bounding every meaningful region of the page. Assign each a component type and a reading-order index.
• Record relationships by linking each region to its parent component, such as a figure or table.
• Transcribe faithfully by reproducing all text exactly as it appears in Hangul, including any hanja and handwritten content. Flag any illegible regions.
• Capture page metadata, including language, document type, source, page dimensions, and flags for tables, formulas, and handwriting.
• Review a colleague's work. Every task is reviewed end-to-end by a second Korean expert.
