Summary of Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active networking, site visits, and market analysis.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
  6. Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine strategies.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to network, promote our brand, and expand the client base.

Requirements:

  • Only for Korean expatriates.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related fields in 5-star or luxury resorts, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in handling the Korean market.
  • Strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eloquent in English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
