Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active networking, site visits, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network, promote our brand, and expand the client base.
Requirements:
- Only for Korean expatriates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related fields in 5-star or luxury resorts, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Experience in handling the Korean market.
- Strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Eloquent in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
