Job Description:

Contract Duration: 6 Months initial contract (very possible extension)
Location: Hybrid, Toulouse
Contract Type: Freelance / B2B, 40 hours a week / Full-time

SAP Basis Consultant Responsibilities:

• Participate in the administration and operation of SAP applications within a dedicated team.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to resolve complex incidents and optimise services.
• Apply cross-functional skills in systems, OS, scripting, network, database, backup, and coordination to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction on SAP and satellite servers.
• Ensure the availability of pre-production and production platforms.
• Monitor applications and handle incident tickets.
• Process service requests and changes.
• Update operational documentation (DEX).
• Be on-call as required, during and outside business hours.
• Understand the business context and stakes.
• Participate in enhanced Run activities for critical application areas.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders.
• Possess a deep understanding of application architectures.
