Zadient Technologies SAS is seeking a Documentation Leader in an innovative, fast-growing environment in France. You will centralize technical documentation, establish structure and governance, and improve collaboration across R&D, Operations, Quality and IT.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in engineering or information management with ability to work credibly with R&D and engineering teams.
• 3–8 years in technical documentation, knowledge management, or quality systems in industrial environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.

Responsabilités

• Create Documentation Inventory & Assessment across the company and identify gaps.
• Capture tacit knowledge from R&D and process engineering and structure it centrally.
• Define taxonomy, metadata standards, and document lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and external audits.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality and IT to implement platforms and governance.
