A leading environmental organization in Paris is seeking an Assistant Partnership & Account Manager to support the Key Account Manager team. In this role, you will assist partners in preparing for a summit, manage operational relationships, and collaborate with various teams. Candidates should have project management experience, strong attention to detail, and be fluent in French and English. This position offers the chance to contribute to impactful environmental initiatives.

  • Oversee all media for partners at ChangeNOW.

  • Manage the KAM volunteer team.
  • Prepare monitoring and post-event reports.

Overview

As an Assistant Partnership & Account Manager you will support the Key Account Manager team to ensure the success of the 50+ partners’ participation

Responsibilities
  • Assist the partners in preparing and organizing their presence at the summit (speaking slots, communication, logistic,…)
  • Manage operational relationships with our partners.
  • Oversee all ChangeNOW media where partners are present (website, digital platform)
  • Work collaboratively with the ChangeNOW teams (Solutions, Speakers, Communication…) to ensure objectives are being met in line with the partners’ and ChangeNOW’s expectations before, during and after the summit;
  • Management of the KAM volunteer team.
  • Monitoring and post event report
Qualifications
  • Project or account management experience
  • Event organization or event project management experience appreciated;
  • A previous experience working with large companies is a plus. Regular interactions with the corporate world is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior professionals;
  • Rigorous and attention to details;
  • Strong interest and familiarity with environmental and social change. Drive and motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
  • Native French, fluent in English
  • Autonomous, persuasive & integrative thinking;
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
