Episode Paris is looking for a Shop Assistant and Key Holder to join our flagship store and help fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of our store, providing excellent service and supporting daily operations in a vibrant, international environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting the store manager, opening and closing in their absence, driving sales toward KPI targets, coordinating in-store tasks, and overseeing Visual Merchandising of delivered goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Energetic and hands-on mentality.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.
• Living in Paris.

As a Shop Assistant and Key Holder at Episode Paris you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions at one of our Flagship Stores. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Assistant Manager in leading the store;
• Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of the store manager;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Coordinate the tasks in store in a neat and clear way;
• Visual Merchandising of the store and processing delivered goods.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Energetic and a hands‑on mentality;
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Availability on week and weekend days;
• Living in Paris;
• PLUS: Experience in Visual Merchandising!
