Episode Paris is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a flagship store in Paris. You will be the face of the store, supporting the Store Manager and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experiences in a sustainable, fashion-forward environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in an assistant management retail role, fluent English, the ability to handle pressure, and reside in Paris. The role offers development opportunities within an international, growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant management role in a retail environment.
• Speak fluently English.
• Stress-resistant mindset.
• Live in Paris.

About the role

As a Assistant Store Manager at Episode Paris you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions at one of our main Flagship Stores. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the Store Manager;
• Managing the storeteam;
• Train the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and Visual Merchandising etc.;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a assistant management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Stress‑resistant;
• Live in Paris.
