Position: Key Accounts Sales Manager of Europe
Location: Europe, could travel as needed.

Main responsibilities:
- As a key member of the sales organization to accomplish the revenue, margin, and account receivable targets set on an annual basis. The candidate will need to manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships. The candidate will work with all major utilities, owners, developers, EPC, and O&M customers to drive the business. The candidate will perform in a business development role for potential market segments or new markets. The candidate will also need to perform the following:
- Help to develop product marketing strategy and establish a long-term strategic partnership with key accounts.
- Have strong sales ability to close deals and achieve the sales target and KPI.
- Periodically visit key customers and have project order contacts with leading contractors (big scale) in the Hydrogen-related industry.
- Help the company gain better brand recognition by assisting at trade shows and other public functions.
- Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, and competitors’ information.
- The candidate will work closely with the technical team to fulfill customers’ requests and timely communicate with HQ.
- Other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience and 2 years’ project sales experience in the PV/Wind energy/renewable energy business or petrochemical industry.
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry in MENA/Australia/Europe and a good understanding of business culture in this area.
- Having a wide network with key players in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Having strong ability to build up customer relationships quickly is preferred.
- Professional in dealing with international business.
- Good teamwork and strong team coordination ability.
- Public speaking skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Self-starter and continuous learner.
- Strong passion for the hydrogen industry.
- This position will require around 40% travel.
