Scope

This position reports to the Prestige & Skincare Sales Director.

Main Activities

  1. Develop and implement growth strategies for luxury and dermo-cosmetic brands aligned with Albéa's objectives.
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase visibility and market penetration.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Puig Brands in Spain, ensuring effective collaboration.
  4. Analyze market trends and consumer needs to adapt brand strategies and identify new opportunities.
  5. Oversee the launch of new products and marketing initiatives to strengthen Albéa's position in Spain.

Accountability and KPIs

  • Maintain and grow the business, achieving sales performance targets in volume and profitability.
  • Ensure high-quality sales service and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain key performance factors such as profit, working capital, and overdue accounts, and strive for improvement.
  • Follow project activities closely and proactively identify cost deviations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

Profile (Experience & Qualifications)

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales.
  • Packaging experience or fast-moving consumer goods experience is preferred.

Knowledge / Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project is a plus.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Strong project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand development within the cosmetics or luxury sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish market and prestige segment dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve growth targets.
