Scope
This position reports to the Prestige & Skincare Sales Director.
Main Activities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for luxury and dermo-cosmetic brands aligned with Albéa's objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase visibility and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Puig Brands in Spain, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and consumer needs to adapt brand strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee the launch of new products and marketing initiatives to strengthen Albéa's position in Spain.
Accountability and KPIs
- Maintain and grow the business, achieving sales performance targets in volume and profitability.
- Ensure high-quality sales service and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain key performance factors such as profit, working capital, and overdue accounts, and strive for improvement.
- Follow project activities closely and proactively identify cost deviations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Profile (Experience & Qualifications)
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales.
- Packaging experience or fast-moving consumer goods experience is preferred.
Knowledge / Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project is a plus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong project management skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand development within the cosmetics or luxury sector.
- Deep understanding of the Spanish market and prestige segment dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve growth targets.
