Responsibilities

Account ownership & planning: Build 12‑month account plans, executive maps, QBRs; identify whitespace (self‑checkout, mPOS, SoftPOS, value‑added apps).

Prospecting & pipeline: Land new retail logos and expand in existing ones; maintain healthy multi‑stage pipeline with clear next steps and MEDDICC discipline.

Deal leadership: Run complex pursuits (RFI/RFP), structure pricing and commercials, lead negotiations with Procurement & Legal; secure SOWs and MSAs.

Technical coordination: Orchestrate with Solution Engineering on SDK/API scope, certifications (EMV/PCI), pilots/POCs and scale‑readiness; manage dependencies (acquirer/PSP/ISV).

Delivery handover & success: Coordinate with Delivery/CS for deployment plans, SLAs and success metrics. Track adoption and drive land‑and‑expand motions (apps/services/geographies).

Partner motions: Build co‑sell with PSPs, ISVs, acquirers and integrators; create joint value propositions and marketing moments (NRF Europe, Retail Days, local events).

Voice of customer: Feed market insights to Product/Strategy (features, certifications, peripherals) and shape win themes vs. competition.

Requirements:

5–8+ years selling complex solutions to enterprise retailers (stores estate, HQ/Central IT, Ops, Procurement, Finance). Track record of 100%+ quota attainment.

Enterprise selling rigor: RFP/RFI leadership, multi‑stakeholder navigation, executive engagement; proficiency with MEDDICC (or equivalent) and close plans.

Commercial acumen: Pricing structures (bundles, TCO, volume tiers), margin thinking; ability to build business cases.

Technical literacy: Comfortable with SDKs/APIs, device management, certifications, security concepts; can run/coordinate demos and POCs.

Languages: Fluent French & English (another EU language is a plus).

Tools: Salesforce (or similar), Excel/PowerPoint; basic project tools.
