Responsabilités

  • Servir de contact principal pour les comptes clés dans la région.
  • Développer et exécuter des plans de comptes alignés avec les objectifs de croissance.
  • Gérer de manière proactive son pipeline de ventes pour atteindre ses objectifs.

Description du poste

Location: Full remote – based in France, in the North-West region (ideally triangle Paris, Nantes, and Rennes).
Travel: Frequent within the region; occasional travel across Europe.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll do more than just sales – you’ll be a strategic partner, understanding customer challenges and offering future-proof solutions. You’ll play a key role in our consultative, solution-oriented approach, integrating software and services alongside our hardware products.

You’ll spend most of your time targeting two main objectives: WIN prospect Key Accounts and GROW existing Key Accounts. This is from a strategic perspective where you’ll take the lead, supported by a global team of Product Managers, Market Managers, and Solution Engineers. Expect 50-60% travel within the sales area, including visits to the team in Benelux, France, Iberia & Italy, and the HMS HQ in Sweden.

Your Mission

  • You serve as the main contact for key accounts (existing and prospective) in your region.
  • You align client needs with our industrial communication solutions, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • You develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • You proactively manage your sales pipeline to meet your targets.
  • You travel regularly to meet clients face-to-face and build trust-based relationships.
  • You represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and strategic decisions.
  • You will be part of a sales team covering Benelux, France, Iberia, and Italy, reporting to an innovative manager from the new generation of HMS leadership.

Your Profile

  • You have proven experience in a similar Key Account Management role in Industrial Automation or a related B2B/tech industry.
  • You possess a strong strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate client needs and market trends.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • You are a self-starter, results-oriented, and capable of working independently remotely.
  • You are fluent in French and have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
