Main Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead the national field team, ensuring commitments are met and teams are effectively coordinated.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of on-field actions, adhering to company standards and norms.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze KPIs, consolidate reports, and communicate results and insights regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Enhance team skills through ongoing training and development programs.

KPIs

Quantitative:

  • Compliance with national KPIs
  • Service rate and management of shortages
  • Management of merchandising and promotional quotas

Qualitative:

  • Weekly summaries and monthly reports
  • Weekly meetings with internal stakeholders, including Business Reviews
  • Maintain quality engagement
  • Lead national meetings

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external teams.
  • Pharmaceutical and FMCG Expertise: Deep understanding of retail and consumer goods challenges.
