Key Account Manager - Industrial Markets (Water Testing)

France (EU Remote).

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for Microbiological and Water testing? Join a leading innovator in distributing their Reagents and Diagnostics tests across the Environment for the Environmental, industrial and Diagnostic Testing markets.

About the Role

As Key Account Manager , you'll be at the forefront of expanding their client's footprint in the industrial sector. Across the European, you'll manage key accounts and drive new business opportunities in a dynamic, high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities :

Key Account Management :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across the industrial market.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy.

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new clients in the industrial Sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Lead negotiations and close new deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to align commercial goals.
  • Provide customer insights to support product development.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the Water Testing or Microbial Testing markets.
  • Strong background in key account management and client relationship building.
  • Strong track record of network in the Industrial markets across Europe.
  • Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills .
  • Fluent in French and English .
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
