Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing strategic customer relationships by developing and maintaining strong ties with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Conducting market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and proposing innovative, tailored solutions.
  3. Negotiating contracts effectively.
  4. Adapting and developing business strategies to maximize growth, leveraging your creativity and business acumen.
  5. Coordinating internally with different departments to ensure a consistent and effective approach, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
  6. Monitoring your activities by analyzing account performance, growth pipeline, and conversion rates to seek continuous improvement.

Your profile :

  1. You hold a diploma (BAC+5) with a focus on sales, technical sales, negotiation, and customer relations.
  2. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy and/or research sectors.
  3. You have a genuine enthusiasm for the nuclear industry and aspire to excel in a commercial role.
  4. You demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
  5. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of English, and strong analytical abilities.
