Job Description:

Wedia Germany GmbH is seeking an Account Executive DACH (w/m) for a permanent full-time position. In this role, your primary responsibility will be acquiring and closing new customers within the DACH market.

Your main duties include:

  1. Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales contracts.
  2. Organizing prospect meetings generated through marketing activities and your own lead generation efforts.
  3. Executing customer presentations and identifying their challenges and needs.
  4. Responding to RFPs and preparing customer proposals with support from our expert teams, including pre-sales, R&D, and professional services.
  5. Building and maintaining successful customer relationships, supporting both existing and new clients to ensure loyalty.

Your profile:
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency work, asset/content management, sales, or marketing, and are eager for this challenge.
  • You hold a business degree or similar training with relevant experience.
  • You are motivated by enterprise software sales and account management.
  • You possess a confident, friendly, and competent demeanor. You are open-minded, eager to learn, enjoy engaging with people, and have strong communication skills.
  • You think and act efficiently with an entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both verbal and written; French is a plus.
