Job Description:
Wedia Germany GmbH is seeking an Account Executive DACH (w/m) for a permanent full-time position. In this role, your primary responsibility will be acquiring and closing new customers within the DACH market.
Your main duties include:
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales contracts.
- Organizing prospect meetings generated through marketing activities and your own lead generation efforts.
- Executing customer presentations and identifying their challenges and needs.
- Responding to RFPs and preparing customer proposals with support from our expert teams, including pre-sales, R&D, and professional services.
- Building and maintaining successful customer relationships, supporting both existing and new clients to ensure loyalty.

Your profile:
- You have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency work, asset/content management, sales, or marketing, and are eager for this challenge.
- You hold a business degree or similar training with relevant experience.
- You are motivated by enterprise software sales and account management.
- You possess a confident, friendly, and competent demeanor. You are open-minded, eager to learn, enjoy engaging with people, and have strong communication skills.
- You think and act efficiently with an entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation.
- You are fluent in German and English, both verbal and written; French is a plus.
