Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a :

Key Account Manager (Brown / White Goods)

to develop Metz business in France.

You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals supporting the business development across France.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Client Relationship Management : build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Account Development : identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services to key accounts.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Contract Negotiation and Renewal : lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Manage contract renewals and proactively address any issues to maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis : monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize account management strategies.
  • Issue Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients promptly and effectively. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.

KEY SKILLS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.

WHAT WE OFFER : Full remote Job

Annual Gross Salary : 60,000-80,000 Euro

Bonus : 20%-25% up to Annual Gross Salary
