We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our LUX-IDent team in Sauerlach, Germany, or alternatively in Lanskroun, Czech Republic. You will be responsible for selling LUX-IDent RFID components such as smart inlays, labels, and other RFID tag solutions for in-person applications, object identification, and authentication.
The successful candidate will serve as the interface for our key accounts and is expected to understand customer and market requirements to drive business growth in collaboration with our key customers.

As our Key Account Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Being the primary contact for our key accounts, working closely with them daily.
- Handling intercompany sales as a key account.
- Performing product cost calculations, preparing quotes, following up, and closing sales.
- Managing and being accountable for the sales quota assigned to the key account.
- Supporting the LUX sales channels with project management.
- Collaborating with R&D and technical teams to define customer requirements and create solutions.
- Understanding customer needs and communicating these to Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management to align our product and technology roadmap.
- Providing sales forecasts and coordinating with management to ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
- Traveling regularly to assigned clients to expand business.
- Submitting reports, forecasts, and other action items timely to senior management.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Experience in commercial and/or technical sales of RFID technologies is advantageous; newcomers are welcome.
- Existing network of partners and integrators in targeted markets is a plus.
- Ability to engage directly with major end-users within key verticals.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to establish credibility internally and externally.
- Creative thinking with a hands-on approach and successful project management skills.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an international team.
- Previous multi-country/multi-regional experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of RFID and identification/authentication technologies is advantageous.
