As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our French team based in Paris.

As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years, we have created a new position of Key Account Manager France. This position will be key to driving the next phase of the French business development and to reinforce the team. Working closely with the product, marketing, and Digital teams, as well as with the European Hub, this person will be accountable for customer growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed Key Account Manager to help drive our business forward into new markets. Specifically, this person will lead our Fnac Darty or Boulanger accounts. Reporting to the Sales Director in France, you will develop, implement, and drive account-specific plans & promotions in line with Shark Ninja France's market strategy, focusing on profitable sales growth across their portfolio.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do:

  1. Build a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets for your accounts.
  2. Be the category captain for Floorcare, Kitchen, and Beauty among our retailers.
  3. Ensure Shark & Ninja are represented positively and professionally both online and offline.
  4. Plan and execute activities for online, in-store, and off-page channels to drive strong sales performance.
  5. Ensure accurate forecasting aligned with individual and company goals.
  6. Work within promotional agreements to meet sales & margin targets.
  7. Negotiate favorable scenarios for both SharkNinja and the customer.
  8. Interpret market and sell-out data into business opportunities.
  9. Organize trade shows and retail events.
  10. Report on competitive activities & pricing.
  11. Identify new retailers for Ninja Kitchen and Shark Vacuum categories to deliver incremental business.
  12. Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings, and other company events as required.

Attributes & Skills:

  1. Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience.
  2. Proven Key Account Management experience, specifically with Fnac Darty / Boulanger.
  3. Fluent in English and French.
  4. Results-driven, strong negotiator, with exceptional analytical skills.
  5. Effective oral and written communication skills.

This position requires managing data flow, performing analysis, generating reports, and communicating effectively via voice or data, whether in the office, at home, or traveling using a laptop or mobile device.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a sales role directly with key retailers.
