Your opportunity
Reporting directly to the Kering Global HR Shared Services Director, you will be responsible for guiding the definition and effective implementation of the Group HR Shared Services Roadmap. Your role will involve designing, monitoring, and coordinating all project phases, working closely with local SSC teams across regions, other Group Support Functions (HRIS, HRIT, Technology), and external providers. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to achieve strategic objectives and improve service delivery.

How you will contribute

Strategic Planning & Management:
  • Collaborate with SSC leadership to define, maintain, and update the HR SSC strategy and roadmap aligned with business needs.
  • Work with Regional and Local SSC Heads to define regional and country roadmaps, consolidating the global strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Organization & Services PMO to ensure alignment with other functional roadmaps.
  • Establish and manage PMO processes, methodologies, and tools for efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, including charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Operational Excellence:
  • Define project management standards (GANTT charts, action trackers, roles, team setup).
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; drive continuous improvement in project management.
  • Support HRSS teams throughout project phases, from prerequisites to design, stakeholder alignment, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop training programs to enhance project managers' skills.
  • Monitor project execution through GANTT and regular tracking, implementing proper governance.
  • Analyze project performance data, identify improvement areas, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with HR leadership, IT, and business partners to support roadmap execution.
  • Manage status updates with local project teams and report to the central SSC team, including escalation processes.
  • Communicate project progress and key decisions effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the HR SSC team.
  • Coordinate communication tools for reviews, updates, etc.
Demand Management:
  • Oversee the demand management process to align SSC roadmap, business needs, and resources.
  • Coordinate with O&S and IT PMOs to advance demand through the process.
Who you are
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields, with significant professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management, with knowledge of methodologies, managing complex projects across countries and functions on time and within budget.
  • Preferably experienced in HR Operations, HRIS, or Shared Services within international, multicultural organizations.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels.
  • High integrity, strong ethics aligned with Kering’s values.
  • Independent, highly organized, detail-oriented, with solid methodological skills.
  • Team-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, problem solver, committed to self-development.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, PMP certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French and Italian are advantageous.
