We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Communications and Awareness officer to join our team Security Governance, Risk and Compliance within the Cybersecurity Department.
Your opportunity
Over the past two years, the cybersecurity team has developed a cybersecurity training program that covers the main reflexes that every employee should adopt and apply to guard against risky cybersecurity situations. As part of our growing activity and our ISO27001 program, we are now looking for a trainee to support the global security awareness specialist Your role will be to contribute to the annual cyber communications plan and to promote cyber security activities in order to share best cyber security practices on a large scale.
How you will contribute
As part of the Security Governance Risk and Compliance team, the cybersecurity awareness manager covers a variety of scopes: development and management of the cybersecurity training and awareness program, design and analysis of periodic phishing simulation campaigns, contribution to security committees, definition of metrics and monitoring of awareness activities through indicators, management of security documentation and the cybersecurity portal, as well as a strong component of cyber communication and promotion of the cybersecurity function.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Contribute and implement the communication plan for Cybersecurity Month (October 2024).
- Develop and create communication tools around cyber themes (phishing, passwords, etc.)
- Establish regular communication with employees to keep them informed of security risks, attack trends and best practices, in order to develop their cyberculture both at home and at work (production of articles, infographics, videos, etc.).
- Contribute to updating the internal cybersecurity portal (Sharepoint).
- Lead and communicate around the cyber function: promote and popularize team activities and deliverables.
- Support cyber security teams in their communications (speaking events, tools deployment, etc.).
Through your actions, you will actively contribute to the deployment of the annual awareness program aimed at all Group employees.
Who you are
Training: Bac +4/5 in Information Systems with communication and change management skills, or student in communication, business school, IAE with real knowledge in IT and cybersecurity.
Expertise :
- Fluent in English (international environment) - Basic knowledge of computer systems and cybersecurity. - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and policies. - Good communication and change management skills: writing skills, graphic skills, change processes. - Proficiency in the most common office software packages (Pack Office), with expertise in PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowToon. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English

- Attractive nd curious about safety and technology -
- Ability to work in a complex environment.
- Ability to formulate complex "communications/messages" in a popularized and concise manner for the different communities within our organization. This may include different cultures, nationalities, international locations, and languages. - Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
