Kering SA recherche un Contrôleur des Ressources Humaines à Paris pour rejoindre un centre d'expertise en contrôle des RH. Ce rôle implique de travailler sur la gestion des données, les budgets et les outils d'analyse, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les départements de Finance et RH. Le candidat idéal possède un Master en RH ou finance et une expertise dans des outils tels que Workday et SAP Analytics Cloud.

Responsabilités

  • Contrôler et consolider les données du personnel et préparer des rapports mensuels sur les coûts.
  • Mettre en œuvre des outils de contrôle des RH et assurer l'exactitude des données.
  • Coordonner le suivi du recrutement pour une division Corporate.

Description du poste

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Controller for Kering Corporate departments, based in Paris, who will report to the Head of Corporate Human Resources Controlling.

Your opportunity

The Corporate Human Resources Direction has created an HR controlling expertise center, based in Paris and in Milan, to better serve all worldwide Corporate, Shared Services, Operations, Logistics, Digital and Technologies departments. As part of this dynamic team, you will put your utmost effort into carrying out the specific processes and tools for HR controlling, ensuring top quality work in harmony with Kering’s standards.

How you will contribute

Upload, control and consolidate personnel data, prepare monthly reporting and analysis on headcount / FTE variances and social indicators

Process HR Cost Budget / Forecast, liaising with Heads of departments, HR Business partners and Finance

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations on personnel costs and headcount / FTE

Implement tools dedicated to HR controlling, maintaining 100% accuracy for employees’ data and costs following migration into SAP Analytics Cloud, update referential, automate dashboards and analysis

Create a strong relationship with Finance to ensure alignment and consistency

Monitor organizations, security and HR processes in Workday for Kering Corporate departments

Coordination of Worlwide recruitment follow-up for a Corporate division

Who you are

Holder of a Master’s degree in Human resources, Economics, or Finance with a demonstrated experience in financial controlling or HR controlling, gained in a multicultural environment

Expert in Excel and Power Point. Power Query, Power BI with outstanding data visualization skills as a plus

Interest and experience in systems and project management, Workday and SAP Analytics Cloud are a great plus

A strong team player able to reach objectives and work under tight deadlines

Exceptionally organized and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to detail

Strongly committed to confidentiality and professionalism

Fluent in French and English
