Kearney is seeking a senior business analyst to join our Paris office. You will contribute to consulting project teams, offering honest advice and practical guidance to clients across industries.

Work with a diverse, agile, and collaborative group, gaining hands-on experience on varied projects while advancing development opportunities, mentoring, and firm-building activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in your chosen field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business/Political Sciences.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
• Support project workstreams and teams to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
• Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.

As a senior business analyst at Kearney , you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands‑on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the success of projects by completing tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
• Support project workstreams and teams as you work alongside clients from various industries and service practices to create recommendations and implement co‑created solutions.
• A ssist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
