The Position

Team Presentation

Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Department within a team of four legal professionals, your mission will be to assist the legal team in providing advice and support to colleagues across various legal areas.

Your Impact

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all types of contracts.
• Providing legal advice to the subsidiary's departments in areas excluding labor law, including economic law, corporate law, commercial law, competition law, pharmaceutical liability, health law, and data protection.
• Participating in the preparation and management of pre-litigation and litigation actions, both offensive and defensive.
• Supporting the legal team in interactions with independent administrative authorities (e.g., CNIL).
• Collaborating with the France Privacy Office on GDPR issues.
• Contributing to the training plan by developing and delivering legal training and awareness sessions on relevant topics and associated risks.
• Assisting teams with innovative projects by providing general legal guidance and appropriate frameworks.
• Responding to questions and assisting with the implementation of transparency and benefit regulations.
• Streamlining procedures and legal document templates.
• Conducting internal compliance checks to ensure operations adhere to internal procedures.
• Maintaining active legal watch on recent legal developments and regulations.
• Drafting informational notes and legal recommendations to ensure company compliance and anticipate legal changes.

Your Profile

• Higher education in Law (Master II in Business Law, Intellectual Property, Competition, DJCE, Pharmaceutical Law, or Health Law).
• First internship experience in a law firm or legal department of an entity (company, association, research institute, administration).
• Experience with contractual techniques and business law.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, draft, anticipate, and report.
• Good listening skills, adaptability, autonomy, and initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools (databases, websites, intranet).
• Fluent in English.

Internship Details

Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (92)

Duration: 6 months, preferably starting January 2026
