A development agency in Paris seeks a legal expert to ensure the legal security of financing operations and support project structuring. Candidates should possess a Master's degree, a lawyer qualification, and at least 4 years of experience. Proficiency in legal English is essential, with Spanish skills preferred. The role includes drafting contracts, analyzing regulations, and providing legal training. International missions are anticipated.

What will be your role?
You will have main missions to (i) ensure the legal security of PROPARCO's corporate and banking financing operations across its various intervention zones (Africa, Asia, and Latin America) and (ii) play a role in regulatory, legislative, and case law analysis and capitalization.

Who are we looking for?
1. Skills required:
Strong skills in financing law, private international law, corporate law, banking law, and litigation/restructuring are sought.
2. Personal and interpersonal qualities:
Required qualities include rigor, drafting and negotiation skills, relational and pedagogical abilities (especially with non-lawyers), autonomy, adaptability, innovation, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and reporting capabilities.
3. Education level / diploma / experience:
Master’s degree (Bac + 5 / M2), from a University or Grandes Ecoles, and a lawyer qualification (CAPA or equivalent abroad), with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
4. Languages:
Proficiency in legal English is essential. Spanish language skills are highly appreciated.
