As part of expanding the legal department, we are pleased to recruit a Legal Advisor in Social Law, whose expertise and commitment will be essential to support growth and ensure a fulfilling work environment within one of our clients, a prestigious accounting firm located in the beautiful city of Meaux.

1. Client support

• Provide insightful advice to clients on social law, including employment contracts, amendments, and termination procedures.
• Keep clients informed of legislative and regulatory developments in social law.
• Develop specific legal documents, such as employee elections, company agreements, profit-sharing agreements, and transactions.
• Supervise the legal assistant's work, ensuring the quality and excellence of services provided.
• Act as a technical reference for teams, offering expert advice on specific social law issues.
• Write engaging internal articles for accounting, social, legal, and fiscal teams.

3. Legal monitoring

• Proactively monitor legal updates on current topics in social law, ensuring continuous knowledge enhancement.

Holder of a Bac+5 in social law, with 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or law firm is required.

You should be comfortable with digital tools.
