• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• A scientific background is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

You will be challenged with a variety of topics throughout your experience with us:

• Providing legal support on matters such as cloud computing, renewable energy, telecom compliance, etc.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements (sales contracts, procurement agreements, participation agreements, etc.)
• Supporting Huawei's Compliance Program on topics like labor, environment, anti-bribery (Sapin 2)
• Handling disputes

Requirements :

• Fully qualified legal counsel
• At least 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company or law firm
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and a flexible, hands-on approach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
