Responsibilities

• Supervise, prepare, and negotiate legal documents for the EMEA region, including software licenses, SaaS, Cloud, and other service agreements, NDAs for Axway entities in EMEA (in French, English, and German).
• Interact with various company functions (sales, finance, etc.) in English and French.
• Manage legal activities to protect company interests and assist operational teams regarding legal compliance in their domains (marketing, R&D, etc.).
• Handle all documents through internal legal approval procedures.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, formal agreements, and other legal instruments in English, German, and French.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Legal Department, preferably in a technology company.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently within assigned scopes and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations.
• Desire to take on daily challenges.
• Proficient in legal language, time management, decision-making, and effective communication.
• Experience with software products and cloud services is a plus.
• Knowledge of Italian is a significant advantage.
