CreditJob, a recruitment agency dedicated to risk management professions, is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer (H/F) for an international financial group, based in Paris, with at least 5/6 years of experience in debt recovery (judicial litigation), ideally with an interest in real estate.

As the direct manager of the doubtful debt portfolio, your main mission will be to develop an optimal recovery strategy:

1. Active analysis of the assigned portfolio, with particular focus on real estate files, debtors, and involved parties;
2. Assessment of real estate evaluations and cadastral status;
3. Preparation of recovery strategy proposals in collaboration with legal teams and team leaders;
4. Collaboration with judicial experts such as lawyers and bailiffs;
5. Due diligence tasks;
6. Participation in the analysis of purchased portfolios.

Profile:

1. Higher education in law, with proven experience in a similar role within banking, financial institutions, or debt purchasing companies.
2. Good interpersonal skills and adaptability to different interlocutors.
3. English skills are a plus!!
