Jobtailor seeks a results-oriented project manager with a strong UX focus to plan and deliver digital experiences for home furnishings and e-commerce sites. You will write briefs, track tickets in JIRA, and coordinate across UX, branding, product and development teams to meet business needs.

You will drive design-system alignment, review content in Figma, run acceptance testing, and ensure website consistency and high-quality user journeys.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required or equivalent in digital project management, UX, product, web marketing or related field.
• Experience in project management, UX, e-commerce, or digital projects is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail; highly organized and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to writing design briefs and functional specifications
• Create, track, and update tickets in JIRA
• Liaise between UX, Branding, Product Owner, Development, Product Marketing, CRM, SEO, and business teams
• Contribute to project planning and tracking
• Ensure business needs are communicated and followed up
• Help improve project management processes
• Participate in functional acceptance testing before launch
• Identify, document, and track resolution of defects
• Verify developments comply with designs and specifications
• Ensure quality of deployed user journeys and interfaces
• Carry out regular checks to ensure website consistency
• Make simple adjustments in Figma
• Help ensure compliance with the Design System and UX best practices
• Contribute to discussions on improving user journeys
• Conduct UX benchmarks and research
• Participate in projects to deploy brands and product ranges on websites
• Update product logo guidelines
• Upload and update visual assets via the Back Office
• Ensure content and visual assets published on Vente-unique are consistent
• Help correct content- and display-related issues

Responsibilities

• Contribute to writing design briefs and functional specifications

Requirements

• Master’s degree level (Bac +5)
• Graduate of a leading business school or equivalent, with a specialization in digital project management, UX, product, web marketing, or a related field
• Initial experience in project management, UX, e-commerce, or digital (internship, work-study placement, or student project) is a plus
• Highly rigorous, with excellent written communication and outstanding attention to detail
• Strong organizational and project-tracking skills

• UX-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help improve the user experience
• Knowledge of Design System principles and Figma
• Knowledge of a project management tool (JIRA, etc.) and a Back Office or CMS is a significant advantage
