Redstone Commodity Search is working with a global market leader and provider of dairy ingredients and solutions looking to hire a junior trader to join the team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers while developing new business opportunities.
  • Keep track of market and product trends in the relevant industry and regularly report updates to management.
  • Draft and manage purchase and sales contracts, ensuring correct INCO-terms and payment terms.
  • Visit customers and suppliers in designated markets, attend trade fairs, and actively participate in weekly team meetings and set annual personal goals with respect to markets, customers, and suppliers.
  • Role reports to the commercial trade manager.
Key Qualifications / Experience
  • A Master’s degree in a related field such as financial or commercial economics is required.
  • A strong eagerness to succeed with a mindset focused on winning every day and taking calculated risks.
  • Practical experience in the commercial or financial sector, particularly in areas like sales, trading, or supply chain management would be advantageous.
  • Collaborative in teams with fluency in English (both written and spoken), and Dutch proficiency as a plus.
  • To be located in Bladel, Netherlands.
