Une entreprise de premier plan recherche un Ingénieur Support Technique Junior pour garantir la satisfaction des clients grâce à une expertise technique approfondie. Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de résoudre les problèmes techniques, de former les clients et de documenter les connaissances pour améliorer le service. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ainsi qu'un diplôme en ingénierie sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle. Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, informatique ou diplôme équivalent.
  • Proficience dans un ou plusieurs langages de programmation (LabVIEW est préféré).
  • Fluente en anglais et en français.

Description du poste

Technical Support Engineers (TSE) partner with customers to ensure their success through deep technical knowledge of Products Platforms and Systems . TSEs respond to and anticipate technical needs to help maintain or accelerate our customers development schedule building customer loyalty and gaining a reputation as trusted technical partners. TSEs advocate for our customers recommending Platform and System improvements to R&D providing customer insight to sales and make sure Emerson Test & Measurement (T&M) is ready to support new Products and Systems.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Resolves technical issues for customers across all account tiers

  • Resolves customers single incidents during installationimplementation and / or maintenance of Emerson T&M products and platforms.
  • Advances complex technical issuesinternally to the appropriate support group while maintaining ownership of customer interaction.
  • Reports design reliability or maintenance issues or bugs to R&D that arise during single incident support interactions.
  • Identifies new sales opportunities in support interactions and shares insight through sales channels.

Builds customer proficiency for all account tiers through standardservices

  • Educates customers through formal training and through technical supportengagements .
  • Guides customers through basic product startup application troubleshootingand / or maintenance of solutions .

Captures and documents knowledge to enable self-service resolution

  • Learns and adopts Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology.
  • Enables customers to self-serve by creating and editing Knowledge based articles .

For This Role You Will Need :

  • Bachelors of Engineering or Computer Science or Engineering Degree required; preferred Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages is required. (LabVIEW experience is preferred)
  • Fluent in English and French is mandatory
  • The candidate must be eligible to French security clearance.
  • Availability to travel up to 10% of time in France and EMEA.
