An established industry player in the upscale hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will plan and organize kitchen operations, substitute for the sous chef, and ensure that all hygiene regulations are met. Your tasks:
- Plan and organize work in the kitchen
- Substitute the sous chef on days off
- Collaborate on purchasing and menu planning
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all raw materials and foodstuffs
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in the catering trade
- Experience in the upscale hospitality industry
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
- Ability to work independently
- Punctuality and honesty
