The Tech & Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.
The Tech & Data organization is an Agile matricial organization relying on 4 pillars:
- Data and System Engineering, made of teams dedicated to Data Center of Excellence, Software Engineering and Architecture
- Management & Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains: Governance, Transformation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Processes, Investments and Corporate Functions
- Technical, made of teams dedicated to Operational Security, Network, Workplace & Support
- Crews and Transversal Functional Domains made crews
Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Cloud, Architecture, DevOps, …) and both Technical and M&C teams fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.
Job Summary
The Investments Crew is dedicated to asset management activities with 2 main business lines:
- SCOR Asset Owner in charge of the global management and follow up of Scor Portfolios
- SCOR Investment Partners in charge of developing a profitable third-party asset management activity
The team is structured in 5 Squads:

- Internal control & Compliance
A global Tech Lead allows transversality in the Crew.
Responsibility
Under the operational responsibility of the IT Crew Lead, the primary responsibility of the Junior Solution Analyst is to analyse, identify solutions, maintain and develop corrections/enhancements to answer the business demands related to Dimension, GTMatch, Data&Reporting Tools or any new subject identified by the Crew Leader in collaboration with the different Solution Owners.
Key duties and responsibilities
Your mission and tasks will be:
- Collaboration, information-sharing and innovation: Work with Solution Owner to ensure that developed solutions are robust and compliant with SCOR requirements. Suggest improvements including technical, security and/or efficiency gains. Perform an active watch on tech. Contribute to communities to share knowledge and expertise.
- Service delivery: Clarification of backlog items in relation with Business experts or other IT teams, detailed functional and technical specifications. In collaboration with the Solution Owner: define the tasks from the user stories. Develop and test with the good practices to warrant the quality and reliability. Monitor closely with the product runs according to orchestration rules and support Business activities in case of questions/issues. Contribute to the production of service & performance KPIs in relation with the Solution Owner and IT Operations. Use configuration management tools to manage the lifecycle of data and applications. Use versioning tools to ensure data and applications are up-to-date and can be easily shared and deployed. Write the documentation about new developments.
- Contribute automation and securization of the Information System: In collaboration with the Solution Owner and the Tech Lead: identify and propose solutions to enhance the global system architecture in respect of the Group principles. Adapt, develop and test with the good practices to warrant the quality and reliability of the interfaces and automation tools set up. Write and maintain the documentation about all interfaces.
Required experience & competencies
- 2-4 years of experience on Asset Management projects and Tools
- Knowledge of the Investments business and/or the financial services industry is mandatory
- Knowledge in .NET or Java
- Able to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
- Business-driven mindset and strong appetite to understand functional context
- Agile & project management methodology and practice
- Professional level in English (written, spoken)
- Client and service-oriented (understand users’ practices)
- Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Required Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related analytical field required; or equivalent experience
