Pennylane is seeking a Junior CRM/Sales Operations professional to understand sales needs, prioritize features, and lead projects from specification to deployment. You will work with the Sales Strategy & Operations team and the Tech team to ensure scalable Salesforce support and effective change management.

You will build expertise in Salesforce, data analysis, and sales processes, collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Junior professional with 1–2 years experience or transitioning into CRM/Sales Operations tools.
• Technical-functional profile, comfortable with both technical and business topics.
• Curious and eager to learn new tools and concepts.
• Fluent English proficiency and ability to work in France (visa sponsor not provided).

Responsabilités

• Understand the needs of the Sales teams and identify issues that slow down sales representatives.
• Qualify and prioritize requests with the Sales Strategy & Operations team.
• Lead projects from specification through to production deployment.
• Scope, plan, coordinate with the Tech team, test, communicate, and support change management.
• Provide effective, scalable support for Salesforce and related tools.
• Identify patterns and optimization opportunities.
