MRP-Global, based in Marseille, is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to guide a small team and stay hands-on with development. The role is a permanent opportunity with hybrid onsite work (3 days per week on site) and a salary of €50,000–€55,000 per year.

You will lead design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, ensure best practices, and mentor two junior developers to grow their skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Salesforce development function and mentor two Junior Salesforce Developers.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own development standards, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
• Review and approve development work produced by junior team members.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on development support.
• Contribute to technical design, solution architecture, estimation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Salesforce security, development, and platform best practices are followed.

Lead Salesforce Developer required to join a leading international end user in Marseille to lead the day-to-day Salesforce development function, managing and mentoring two Junior Salesforce Developers while remaining hands-on with development and solution delivery.

Permanent opportunity, 3 days a week onsite, salary range €50,000 - €55,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support two Junior Salesforce Developers, providing guidance, task allocation, code reviews, and technical coaching.
• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own development standards, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
• Review and approve development work produced by junior team members.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on development support.
• Contribute to technical design, solution architecture, estimation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Salesforce security, development, and platform best practices are followed.

Required Technical Skills

• Salesforce Platform — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud.
• Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• CI/CD, Git, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and platform best practices.
• Nice to have: Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud Connect, or MuleSoft.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, configuration, and integrations.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud is highly desirable.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are an advantage.
