About The Role
About this opportunity

Assisting Project Managers in the delivery of construction projects in France.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Assisting Project / Programme Managers in delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirements.
  2. Assisting in the delivery of high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  3. Supporting project implementation.
  4. Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager.
  5. Producing and presenting to customers.
  6. Supporting the preparation of bids for services.
  7. Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks.
  8. Remaining within the scope of your role.

About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
  1. Some experience participating in building construction projects in France.
  2. Understanding of tools and techniques applied to project management.
  3. Initial knowledge of construction procurement methods, including tendering, contracting strategies, specifications, and acquisition.
  4. Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety basics applied to the construction industry.
  6. Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
  7. Methodical approach to work.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills.
  9. Proficiency in ICT, with high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  10. Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams.
  11. Proficiency in French and English.
  12. Based in Paris with possible travel.
Qualifications
  1. Bac+2 or equivalent in Building Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
  2. Engineering School or BTS, DUT, or Technical Professional License.
