Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data from various sources for sales & marketing presentations.
• Analyze and report monthly brand performance, competition activity, media spend and market evolution.
• Ensure relevance of market analysis and provide strategic marketing recommendations.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Be the main contact between local/European teams, Group Marketing, agencies and factories.
• Partner with international brand teams to adapt global innovations locally.
• Manage product portfolio and drive new product introductions to grow market share.
• Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Build and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Manufacturing.
• Own the NPD process and lead reviews with European teams and Group Marketing.
• Coordinate artwork development and packaging updates with agencies.
• Ensure launch readiness and successful commercialization of new products.
• Collaborate on global brand activation plans and consumer promotions (media, digital, in-store, activations).
• Develop and implement plans for distribution, campaigns, media, promotions, packaging and discounts to grow the brand.
