Job summary

Puig is seeking a Product Manager for its Paris fragrance team. You will drive innovation across the full product lifecycle from concept to international launches, collaborating with top creative partners in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in product, marketing, or brand roles within beauty or luxury. Fluency in English is required; French is a strong plus. The role focuses on storytelling, packaging ideas, and cohesive brand execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Brand Management in fragrances, beauty, luxury, or fashion.
• University degree or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Design.
• Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, consumer, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and portfolio development.
• Contribute to creation of new fragrance launches including concept research, storytelling, naming, packaging ideas, and moodboards.
• Coordinate with agencies on mock-ups, visuals, and packaging development to ensure brand consistency.
• Support the full innovation process from concept to launch with cross-functional teams across Communications, PR, Digital, E-retail, POS, Training, Activation and Commercial teams.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time launches.
