Essential Job Functions :

Reporting to the BU Director Epilepsy, France, and under the supervision of the Marketing Director Epilepsy France, the Product Manager Epilepsy supports marketing activities, especially in implementing multi-channel strategies for products in France to meet company goals.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
  • Support the Marketing Director in market analysis, strategy development, and marketing plan execution for the Epilepsy BU.
  • Collaborate closely with promotional, medical, and sales teams to understand needs and patient/HCP requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital projects, for the commercial team under supervision.
  • Enhance knowledge and expertise in the Epilepsy field.
  • Coordinate with medical, compliance, and legal departments to ensure campaigns adhere to regulations and quality policies.
  • Train the commercial team on campaign materials.
  • Organize national events with HCPs, such as congresses and webinars, in collaboration with the event team.
  • Manage external agencies for campaign execution and ensure proper archiving of files per SOPs.
  • Manage budgets allocated to responsible products.
  • Develop and oversee the positive list with the Responsible Pharmacist.
  • Monitor stocks of promotional and non-promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with Finance for supplier creation, purchase requests, service agreements, and invoice follow-up.

  • Scientific and regulatory knowledge relevant to pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Experience with multi-channel, digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, training, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams and under pressure.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and proactive initiative-taking.
Qualifications :
  • Degree in a scientific field (e.g., pharmacist, engineer).
  • Master's in Marketing preferred.
