Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Paraplanner. The Junior Paraplanner will be responsible for assisting with the financial planning process, conducting investment analysis, and writing reports. They will utilize their analytical skills to evaluate financial data and other information and collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive financial plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
2. Fluent in English (both writing and speaking, this is mandatory as all the work will be done in English)
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Persistency and willingness to learn
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
7. Self-motivated, responsible and trustworthy
8. Experience in finance-related tasks, financial analysis, and report writing
9. Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial data
10. Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies
11. Having previous exposure to Australia's superannuation, pension scheme and insurance system is preferred

Job setting & additional support

This position offers full-time remote work, requiring you to work comfortably from any location while maintaining a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.

Standard working hours (Western Indonesia Time - WIB), Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 18.00. These hours are flexible, allowing you to manage personal matters as needed during the day.

We will provide a working device (laptop).
