About the role :

Our core expertise lies in the global content lifecycle, and our future focuses on digital engagement. We help brands engage in global conversations with users in any language, at any time, using a state-of-the-art production platform.

You will work with enterprise-scale and cutting-edge application technologies to develop a scalable production and project management system that supports our customers’ global conversations. You will collaborate with passionate colleagues specializing in machine learning, big data, NLP, localization technology, and business process management. Your stakeholders will be international, and your end customers will include some of the world’s largest brands.

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in building a global application within an international agile team.
2. Work on systems that handle 600 million translations annually into 200 target languages, distributed as tasks to tens of thousands of users.
3. Operate in a self-organized, highly accountable manner to deliver functional technology, from design to development and performance optimization.
4. Utilize your experience to help increase team velocity.
5. Develop front-end website design and architecture.
6. Implement user interactions on web pages.
7. Deliver enterprise-scale software solutions.
8. Develop back-end website functionalities.
9. Collaborate with UX/UI experts to enhance application design and usability.
10. Work with business analysts, testers, and peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
11. Design and develop services, APIs, and connectors in a heterogeneous environment.
12. Debug, fix bugs, and maintain software in a support capacity.
13. Write unit tests and provide feedback during peer testing.
14. Contribute to an agile (Scrum) environment through daily meetings, task estimation, and sprint planning.
15. Document software development processes and updates.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of enterprise development experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET.
• Experience with React (a plus).
• Good verbal communication skills and team player attitude.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.
