Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Junior Mobile & Desktop Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure, including Windows workstations and iOS mobile devices. You will collaborate with IT support, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams, impacting our digital workplace's efficiency, security, and modernization. Who You Are
A technically skilled, service-oriented IT professional with experience managing workstation and mobile device environments. You excel at troubleshooting, automating tasks, and implementing security best practices. You thrive in collaborative settings, stay current with new technologies, and are passionate about delivering reliable, secure IT solutions to users.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and iOS mobile devices.
• Manage MDM platforms such as Ivanti, Intune, and Tanium.
• Automate deployment of OS and applications.
• Apply updates, drivers, and security patches in line with policies.
• Implement device security measures, including encryption and antivirus.
• Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support to users and teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software incidents.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IT modernization projects and stay updated on tech trends.
• Contribute to IT process improvements.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years managing IT fleets and workstations.
• Master’s Degree in IT, systems, or network administration or similar.
• Proficiency in Windows; MacOS and Linux are a plus.
• Experience with MDM tools like Ivanti, Intune, Tanium.
• Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell required; Bash or Python a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
