Junior Mechanical Engineer

Minimum Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering;
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within product development or manufacturing environment;
• Hands-on skills with assembly and workshop tools;
• Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating CAD models and technical drawings.
• Participate in the design of mechanical parts (support structures, shielding, housing).
• Support physical assembly and hands-on prototyping.
• Help prepare documentation and reports.
• Participate in mechanical tests and validation.
• Create, review, and maintain CAD models and technical drawings of the MRI with manufacturing companies to drive the production;
• Develop and implement comprehensive verification/validation test plans for mechanical systems, leading testing efforts and evaluating results to ensure compliance with requirements and performance standards;
• Develop service tools to support the maintenance & safety of magnets.
• Conduct design reviews to reduce possible errors and design iterations.
• Support colleagues and contribute to internal collaboration.
