NES Fircroft is seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer in Pau, France to support maintenance activities for the KAMINHO Project. The role involves developing maintenance strategies, asset hierarchies, spare parts management, and planning within a complex industrial environment.

You will review engineering documentation, support Functional Location hierarchies, and implement preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS, ensuring inventory levels and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or maintenance engineering.
• Strong analytical, organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English; MS Office proficiency including MS Access.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze engineering documentation (P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, drawings).
• Support development and maintenance of Functional Location hierarchies.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans within the CMMS.
• Assist in multi-disciplinary spare parts requirements.
• Support inventory optimization: minimum, maximum, safety, and capital stocks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance data and ensure project compliance.

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance engineering activities for the KAMINHO Project. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of maintenance strategies, equipment hierarchies, spare parts management, and maintenance planning within a complex industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering documentation, including P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, cross-sectional drawings, and other technical documents.
• Support the engineering team in the development and maintenance of Functional Location hierarchies.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans within the CMMS.
• Assist in the definition of multi-disciplinary spare parts requirements.
• Support inventory optimization by establishing minimum, maximum, safety, and capital stock levels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance data and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience or strong interest in maintenance engineering and industrial asset management.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and maintenance planning processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Access.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
