Job DescriptionWithin a team of 8 lawyers, in close coordination with the Senior Legal Counsel – Global Sales & Revenue Management, Loyalty and e-commerce,and the Legal Counsel Partnerships, loyalty and global sales, the Junior Legal Counsel participates to the deployment of the e-commerce strategy of the Group and is responsible for addressing legal matters submitted by the Group e-commerce team related to the web direct and more generally to B2C matters.
Under the supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel - Global Sales & Revenue Management, Loyalty & e-Commerce the Junior Legal Counsel – Sales & e-commerce shall :
The Junior Legal Counsel must have strong knowledge of distribution, consumer and general commercial law.
